Audit Srl., with registered office in Milan, Via Leopardi 31, by the Shareholders’ Meeting of April 30, 2026, until the date of the Shareholders’ Meeting convened to approve the financial statements of Green Oleo S.p.A. SB as of December 31, 2028.
