Share capital<\/h3><\/div>

The share capital of GREEN OLEO S.p.A., equal to EUR 808,712.50, is divided into 32,348,500 shares, with no par value, of which 25,628,500 ordinary shares and 6,720,000 multiple vote shares.<\/p>\n

Disclosure obligations of significant shareholders<\/h3><\/div>

Pursuant to the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers\u2019 Regulation approved by Borsa Italiana, as amended and supplemented (\u201cEGM Issuers\u2019 Regulation\u201d), Green Oleo S.p.A. (\u201cthe Company\u201d) must promptly disclose and make available to the public any Substantial Changes notified by its Significant Shareholders concerning ownership structures.
\nPursuant to the EGM Issuers\u2019 Regulation, anyone holding at least 5% of a category of financial instruments in the company is a \u201cSignificant Shareholder\u201d.
\nReaching or exceeding 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50%, 66.6% and 90% of the Company’s share capital, as well as falling below those thresholds, amount, pursuant to the EGM Issuers\u2019 Regulation, to a \u201cSubstantial Change\u201d that must be notified by the Significant Shareholders (or by the shareholders attaining such status as a result of the transaction) to the Company\u2019s Board of Directors.
\nTo enable the Company to meet its disclosure obligations under the EGM Issuers\u2019 Regulation, each Significant Shareholder must notify the following information to the Company promptly and otherwise within four trading days from the day on which it becomes aware of the transaction giving rise to the obligation, regardless of the date of its execution, or from the day on which the person subject to the obligation becomes aware of the events entailing changes in the share capital:<\/p>\n
